If you live in Southern California (and haven’t been affected by the wildfires) bring your young readers to Village Well Books & Coffee in Culver City to compete in our Civics 101 quiz. Kids will compete with adults in a LIVE quiz, answering questions about how American democracy works. There will be prizes - including the Grand Prize of an advance readers’ copy of the next Fina Mendoza Mystery SNAKE IN THE GRASS.
